Volunteers required for a landmark study!
The Bell of Tolliday, because
it’s not enough to be seen, we need to be heard too. We ring the bell to
cast out the demons of stigmatic guilt, the guilt we feel for being ourselves,
homophobia and discrimination, and to remind the members of the gathered
faithful that the AIDS crisis is not over. The dominant Judeo-Christian
paradigm stigmatizes people who fuck and love the same gender. We’re fighting
back, claiming the right to live our lives free of the burden of other people’s
guilt.
